The Method: We know that as a working professional, time is short! So we developed the High Impact Leaders Leadership Course with your time constraints in mind. The course takes place in two consecutive days of training where we use active participation and immersion techniques to make the content fun to learn and easy to retain. Then, in six months, we invite each participant back to High Impact Leaders to graduate coach for the next generation of leaders and maximize their own retention. We find that people learn exponentially faster by doing and by teaching skills to other participants. The process works 100% of the time.
